Muggins has had a hard start to life but is now hoping to go from rags to riches. Muggins LOVES people. He loves to be near you and on you. He loves to run, play and be a foot monster. His birthday is July 15/11.
BAPS has adoption fees. We are now doing Cat Adoption by Donation. Every cat at the shelter gets neutered or spayed, their first (and often second if they're here long enough) vaccinations, deworming, a microchip and six weeks of Pet Health insurance.
