Louie is being fostered in Virginia
9 years old; Birthdate April 4, xxxx; 11 lbs.
Meet Lou,
Lou is a darling little Xolo with a gentle personality he is a very kind loving dog. He is respectful with people and animals loves his family and will sleep all day or walk for hours with his loved ones because he is such an agreeable friend to have around. Louie is very mannerly in the home and within a few hours had greeted all of his new foster family (People, dogs and cats) appropriately. He has free run of the foster home and within a few days learned to use the doggie door so he does not have any more accidents in the house.
He never bothers his very old and frail foster brothers & sisters and will step aside when any of the cats pass him in the hall. He has lived with other pets and also lived as an only dog so he will be fine either way.
Louie is perfect in the car for trips long or short, he loves squeaky toys and will dig through his stash until he finds the one he wants then will toss it around for himself he is so animated while at play. He is small enough to take along on yet stout enough not to be fragile he is fun to take to the coffee shop & enjoys all the attention from strangers that stop by to say hello to this happy little dog who will sit on his mat waiting for a pat or a snuggle.
Louie will sleep on the couch or in a fluffy bed on the floor covered by lots of blankets and toys he sleeps alone or with his foster dog family and at times one of the cats but with his person in the big bed is where he wants to be. Lou is happy in his foster home but does long for a family of his own as he misses being cuddled by his loved ones.
Louie has many more years of love to give will you please consider allowing him to become a part of your family? He will never let you down and will be your best friend forever with all of his heart.
