Starla is being fostered in San Pablo, CA area
June 1 xxxx date of birth- weight 35 lbs
Starla is a 35 pound, 1 year old Xolo who thinks she's still a pup &#xxxx; full of goofy energy who loves to run and play with her foster parents dogs. She particularly likes the &#xxxx;boys&#xxxx;. Although she is learning some basic commands &#xxxx; she'd kind of just like to play today, and learn the boring obedience stuff tomorrow, or maybe the next day. Starla likes to attach herself to her one special person, and enjoys being with this person whenever she can. She loves going for car rides, happily hops right in and cuddles close. When cuddling, she does her very best not to fall asleep &#xxxx; but, darn it, sometimes she just accidentally dozes off. It's not her fault she gets too comfy. This is a girl who,' when she plays, she plays hard', and 'when she sleeps, she sleeps hard'. Of course she loves sleeping in the big bed &#xxxx; but she also happily enjoys her crate when its bedtime and she&#xxxx;s all worn out from a busy day playing. Now, the only thing she finds hard to do is to be brave when introduced to something she's not familiar with. If it's something new or strange to her, Starla will flip from the fun-loving free spirited girl that she is, to a 'shaking', 'clinging to her foster mom', baby. To help her through this, Starla's foster mom is busy showing her around the world of stores, and vets, and streets with lots of people coming and going. After a while, Starla will catch on that the world out there isn't so scary. She just needs to practice, and will learn to relax with time and patience, as she has relaxed in her foster home. When her foster mom comes home now, Starla will greet her by dancing and spinning and trying to give her big girl kisses! This is one feisty girl with her dog friends, protective and stoic to her person&#xxxx; fun, warm, and always entertaining. If you're in for adventure and a good time, and you're in it for the long haul -give this girl a call. We recommend no children as she would prefer a quieter home with no kids and their friends running in and out of the house.
